Our company specializes in interior design and construction, We are looking for an interior designer to assist the lead designer with residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a person who is creative, has flare, loves to work in a team environment, has passion for interior design and surpassing customer expectations.

Education/Experience

• 5 years full time interior design experience
• Degree in Interior design

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts
• Create Inspiration Boards
• Research, select and ordering of required products
• Assist client and builders with selections
• Develop project specifications
• Develop new vendors
• Develop project budget
• Stage homes including all selections
• Selections, ordering and set-out of Short Term Rentals
• Window treatment design, specifications, and ordering

Skills

• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, window treatment and new construction)
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, window treatments, materials selection, custom furniture and installations.
• Proficient in Sketchup, Adobe suite of products, and Auto Cad. Other design software experience a plus
• Able to design floor plans and elevations with dimensions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
